Scout Carts in Silver and Black are on the way and scheduled to arrive at the Port of Baltimore December 15, 2020. These carts will be sold with the large bottom basket, small upper basket, and a tray for moving boxes, bottled water, and crates. This combination of attachments will allow our customers to use their carts in a variety of ways.

The Scout Cart is engineered to allow easy replacement of parts that wear over time, such as the front and back rubber wheels, the left and right rear wheel arms, and the brake.

We will begin shipping preorders to customers on December 16, 2020. The new carts are available in Black with green accents and in Silver with green accents and are priced at $329. Shipping is free. Read our reviews to learn more about why people love the Scout Cart.

Replacement Parts

SCV replacement parts are available for purchase on our website. With proof of purchase from an authorized Scout Cart dealer, our warranty covers these parts for one year.

Replaceable parts include:

  • Left rear wheel arm,
  • Right rear wheel arm, 
  • Upper basket latch and housing
  • Foot brake
  • 7-inch front swivel wheel with rubber tire (fits left-side and right-side)
  • 10-inch back wheel with rubber tire (fits left-side and right-side).

Don’t Carry those Boxes

Now there’s no reason to haul cases of water and heavy boxes from the car to the office. By adding the lower tray to the SCV, we have created a more versatile tool. Attach the tray to the base of the cart where the lower basket locks into place, and start wheeling awkward items like those back-breaking 50-pound bags of salt and pea gravel.

Price Increase Due to New Tariffs 

You may have noticed that the Scout Cart price has increased. This is a direct result of the 25% tariff recently imposed by the US government on $250 billion worth of products imported from China. Our manufacturing partner is located in southeast China and Scout Carts are among the products affected by the tariffs.

We have searched for suppliers and manufacturers within the United States to build our folding cart frames and baskets. However, quotes received from domestic suppliers and manufacturers have been cost prohibitive, unfortunately. 

Basket Liners Available
