ANNAPOLIS, MD – We just received our new Scout Cart a couple of days ago, and are very impressed with it. For starters, setup was so incredibly simple that it took me less than fifteen minutes to do so, and I never once referred to the instructions that were included. Every step of the tool-less process was so straighforward and intuitive, and I only consider myself to have an average mechanical aptitude compared to most people.
The materials used in the construction of the cart were obviously of the highest quality, and the look and feel of every part gives one great confidence that there were absolutely no corners cut during the design and construction process. I have to say that except for the wheels possibly wearing out one day many, many years from now, I fully expect our Scout Cart to last for the rest of our lives.
Once assembled, my wife and I were amazed by how easy the cart rolled along the floor in our apartment, and how incredibly maneuverable it was as well. But once we took it outside for our first trip to the grocery store the next day, we couldn’t believe how well it rolled down the sidewalk. The large diameter wheels easily rolled over bumps and cracks that our old cart used to get hung up on, as if they were not even there. On our way home from the store, we were really impressed with how incredibly well the Scout Cart handled even when fully loaded to its maximum capacity.
We can’t thank you enough for putting in the time and effort to develop this amazing cart for your customers, and hope you every success with it and that the Scout Cart really catches on.
